Who is responsible

The club's official registered address and legal identifier are awaiting club confirmation. This is disclosed in the Legal notice launch check and should be completed before final public launch.

This notice is intended to reflect the transparency and data-minimisation principles of Andorra's Law 29/2021 of 28 October on personal data protection (LQPD). It describes the website as currently configured; it is not a legal guarantee or a substitute for advice on a specific situation.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form

The form asks for your name, email address, an optional telephone number, your selected role or enquiry category, and the message you choose to send. The information comes directly from you.

Please avoid including identity documents, medical information, information about children, or other sensitive details unless the club has specifically asked you to use an appropriate channel.

Technical information

Like most websites, the hosting service and services that deliver website resources may receive routine connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser or device information, referring page, and security logs. The club does not use the contact form for automated decision-making or profiling.

Why we use it

Contact-form information is used to receive, route, assess and answer your enquiry, and to take any steps you specifically request. This can include supporter, ticketing, academy, media, sponsorship or general club correspondence.

The club relies, as appropriate, on your request and on its legitimate interest in managing genuine club communications. If a particular use requires consent, the club will ask for it and you may withdraw it for future processing. Information submitted through the form is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing.

Who may handle the information

Access is limited to club personnel who need the information to handle the enquiry and to service providers used to operate the website and email:

• Infomaniak supplies the website hosting infrastructure and may provide the authenticated mail transport used by the contact form.
• Google processes messages sent directly to, or handled through, the club's published Gmail address.
• Technical support providers may have limited access where necessary to maintain or secure the service.

These providers act under their own service terms and privacy arrangements. Their infrastructure may involve processing outside Andorra. The exact production mailbox configuration should be verified by the club whenever providers change.

Retention and security

Enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the related correspondence. They may be retained longer where this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, and should then be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

The club and its providers use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be promised as completely secure, so please use the form only for ordinary enquiries.

Language storage, cookies and external resources

Language preference

The EN / CA / FR selector saves a value named cdp-lang in your browser's localStorage. This keeps your chosen interface language on later visits. It is not a cookie and is not used to identify you across other websites. You can remove it by clearing this site's stored data in your browser.

Analytics and marketing

As of the date shown above, the website does not intentionally deploy audience analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. If that changes, this notice and any consent controls should be reviewed before those tools are enabled.

Resources loaded from other services

Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts; icons or scripts from content-delivery networks such as jsDelivr or cdnjs; and images from external media services where shown. The contact page embeds an OpenStreetMap map. Loading these resources can disclose routine connection data to the relevant provider, and an embedded or linked service may apply its own cookies or storage under its policy.

Links to services such as Instagram and WhatsApp take you away from this website. You can avoid third-party requests by not opening those links and by using browser privacy or content-blocking controls. OpenStreetMap information is available in the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

Your data-protection rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the LQPD, you may ask the club to:

• give you access to personal information held about you;
• rectify information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete information when the legal conditions are met;
• oppose processing based on your particular situation;
• restrict processing in the cases provided by law; or
• provide portable data where the right to portability applies.

Send a clear request to cdpfutbolclub@gmail.com. The club may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant correspondence, but should not request more than necessary.

You may also contact or lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA). The APDA explains these rights on its rights and obligations page. The LQPD is available from the Andorran Legal Portal.
